The Whiskey Rebellion is proud to be returning to the 2012 Watermelon Park Festival in Berryville, VA in September. Other acts will include The Del McCoury Band, Tim O'Brien, Larry Keel, Furnace Mountain Band, The Woodsheaders, and many more. This will be the band's third appearance at this great event. Catch The Whiskey Rebellion on the Main Stage Thursday night at 7pm. Later in the evening the band will play the epic Dance Tent! We highly encourage everyone to attend this festival.

Whiskey Rebellion mandolinist Jared Pool was playing with a group of musicians up in Fredericksburg, VA a couple weeks back. And former Gov Tim Kaine sat in with the band. This is not the first time this year Jared has been on stage with a person of such stature. Early in the year while on a trip to NY with The Woodsheaders, Lauren Ambrose sat in with the band. She is best known as the red-headed girl from 6 Feet Under and Can't Hardly Wait. Yep, that one! Add in Cory Feldman, Danny Knicely, and Robert Duval, and you have a nice list of celebrity encounters over the past 2 years.
